General Policy

MIRAG does not accept returns for digital products or services, such as registration for online training courses or consultations.

Exceptions

In certain limited circumstances, we may consider returns or refunds for tangible products or services if they meet the following criteria:

  • The product or service was misrepresented or incorrectly described.
  • The product or service was not delivered as promised.

Return Procedure

If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund, please contact MIRAG customer support within 30 days of receiving the product or service. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item or request a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed.

Additional Notes

  • Registration against training courses is generally not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • MIRAG reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request.
